Who this is for
Companies between about 40 and 400 people where the work is real, the people are good, and almost none of how it gets done is written down.
Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fuel delivery. Machine shops and small manufacturers. Western Connecticut and the Hudson Valley.
The usual tell: your best people train the new ones in between doing their own jobs, and no two of them do it the same way.
Where it starts: a two-day review
Two days on your floor. I talk to your supervisors and your newest hires, I watch a few people actually train someone, and I go through whatever documentation exists.
Then you get a written assessment: what's happening, what it's costing you, where you're exposed, and what the options are.

Half of it credits against any work that comes out of it. And if you read the report and don't think it was worth what you paid, don't pay me.

If you want the fix, it gets built one trade at a time. For each one:
The standard
What "trained" actually means for that job. Written down, and specific enough that two supervisors would agree on whether somebody's ready.
The path
What they learn, in what order, who teaches it, over how many weeks.
The record
Signed, dated proof each person completed it. The thing you hand an auditor, an insurer, or a lawyer.
Most companies start with whichever trade hurts most and work outward from there.
